Sets were built and painted, scripts were memorised, costumes were colorful, onpoint, and even the poison apples were deathly poisoning, meet the Snow White production. Here at North Creek High School while everyone is in class during seventh period, North Creek’s Theatre was working hard on getting ready for the new play Snow White.
Opening night goes great along with all the other shows. The show was filled with humor and emotions and is easy to really tell how much time and effort the actors put into bringing this show together, after all some nights they would have to stay after school until eight just to run through the shows, and on professional play nights they could be there until ten. The audience loved every moment of the show, especially the thrill it induced when they turned on fog machines for the entrance of Witch Hex.
The play Snow White presented by the North Creek Theatre even had younger fans! Crew members noticed while getting ready for the show that there were little girls dressed as Snow White. This might have been one of the cutest gestures North Creek Theatre has seen in a long time. And at the same closing night the senior Seki Kim who played the role of Snow White gave a very heartfelt speech about how much they love putting in the work into the shows that are presented to us, flowers were given to all the seniors as a thanks for being part of the North Creek Theatre Company for all these years and putting in all the sweat, blood, and tears into bringing everything together, and a big thank you was given to the audience members as a thanks for supporting the North Creek Theatre and this hard earned show.
If you missed the chance to see Snow White, big apologies to you, as this show might have been one of the most sold shows North Creek Theatre Company has had since Emma! The musical, as on Saturday closing night of Snow White, North Creek Theatre Company ended up selling almost three hundred tickets. However, North Creek Theatre would be glad to see you sometime soon as their next show will be opening up one acts, which is a bunch of single shows performed by North Creek Theatre Company’s actors fit into a two act play. North Creek Theatre hopes to see you there.
